Don Ray

Don Ray is an experienced executive in supply chain and operations management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Don serves as Vice President of Manufacturing Services at Novolex, where roles have included leadership in operations and sales planning. Prior experience includes strategic positions at Duro Bag, Chiquita, Wurzburg, Inc., Hines Horticulture, Wise Foods, and Brach's Confections, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain oversight, logistics efficiency, and operational excellence across multiple sites and facilities. Don's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
