Rod Glauser

Rod Glauser has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rod has worked as a Director Strategic Projects at Novolex since 2015. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2014, they held the same position at Packaging Dynamics. Before that, from 2004 to 2007, they served as an IT Director at Thilmany Papers and also worked as a Transition Manager in 2004. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as a Pulp & Power Manager at International Paper. In the late 1980s, they held multiple roles at International Paper, including Pulpmill Area Manager/Superintendent, EHS - Training Manager Pulp & Power, and Shift Supervisor - Pulpmill. Rod'scareer started in 1982 as a Project/Process Engineer at Container Corporation of America.

Rod Glauser attended Miami University from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science & Engineering.
