Sharon Bowen

Sharon Bowen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sharon began their career at Qualex in 1989 as a Human Resources Representative. Sharon then joined Volt Telecom Group in 1994, where they held multiple positions such as Accounts Payable Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, and Billing Specialist. In 2007, they joined Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support to mitigate risk and drive culture. Since 2014, they have been working at Novolex, initially as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, responsible for the implementation of a human capital management HRIS system. Sharon later took on the role of Director HR Processes, overseeing day-to-day administration and reporting HR scorecards. Currently, they serve as the Director of Compensation & HR Services.

Sharon Bowen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Meredith College between 1983 and 1987.
