Stephen Kapantais

Stephen Kapantais is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the plastics and packaging industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Food, Grocery & Retail and Technical Director of Rigid Plastics at Novolex since December 2020, Stephen contributes to one of North America’s leaders in sustainable packaging solutions. Prior to this role, Stephen spent over 11 years at Amcor, holding various positions including Technical Director and Business Development Manager, focusing on foamed plastics and sales growth. Stephen's career also includes positions at Sekisui Voltek, LLC, Trexel, Inc., and Sekisui Voltek, where responsibilities ranged from quality management to product development and engineering. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
