T. Michael Hart

T. Michael Hart has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. T. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Novolex since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Operations at Ardagh Group from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operational Excellence Group. Before that, they were the VP of Manufacturing at Verallia (Saint-Gobain) from 2013 to 2014. T. Michael Hart also has a significant tenure at Saint Gobain Containers, where they worked as the VP of Energy and Sustainability & Enterprise Excellence from 2009 to 2013, in addition to holding roles as a Plant Manager, National Account Manager, and Operations Manager. T. Michael started their career at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft as a DC/KC-10, C17 Section Manager. Overall, T. Michael Hart has a diverse and extensive background in manufacturing and operations management.

T. Michael Hart obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, attending from 1983 to 1987. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Masters degree in Management and Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University.
