Ross Ransom

Ross Ransom, PhD has a wealth of work experience in the field of chemistry and process development. Starting in 2008, Ross worked as an Analytical Chemistry Technician at UOP. In 2009, they then took on a role as a Quality Control Technician at Valspar. In 2010, Ross became a Bioprocessing Technician at Genentech. Following this, they worked as a Teaching Assistant in Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011. In 2012, Ross moved to AbbVie (Formally Abbott Labs) as a Process Development Engineer. After this, they worked as a Senior Development Scientist at Galata Chemicals, LLC from 2019-2021. Most recently, Ross has been a Process Development Team Lead and Senior Scientist, Process Development at Novoloop since 2021.

Ross Ransom, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University in 2019. Prior to that, they received their MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2012. Ross earned their BS in Geophysical Sciences/Chemistry from the University of Chicago in 2008.
