Eric Kibwankay

Eric Kibwankay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eric is currently the Managing Director of NovoMoto. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the VP of Business Development/Alliances at AFMBAA since 2016. Before that, Eric worked at Airtel DRC, where they held multiple positions including Regional Operating Director, Commercial Head & General Manager, and Senior Brand & Marketing Manager. Eric also had experience as the Regional Business Manager at Engen and as the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at ProtelCongo. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as an MDM Business Development Sales Specialist at Informatica, a Business Development Manager EMEA at Siperian, Inc., and a Business Development Representative at BEA Systems. Eric started their career as a Sales Operations Manager at Blue Mountain Wallcoverings. Throughout their career, Eric has made significant contributions to revenue growth, team leadership, and business development.

Eric Kibwankay pursued their education with a focus on business administration and management. In 1994, they attended the University of Montpellier and obtained a Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion degree in Marketing, completing their studies in 1996. Continuing their educational journey, Eric enrolled at Ashland University in 2002, where they pursued an Executive MBA degree with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Eric successfully completed this program in 2004.
