Prior to these roles, Amy served as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Transformation at Novozymes from April 2021 to January 2024 and held various leadership positions at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, including Food & Beverage Global Business Leader from September 2017 to April 2021. Amy's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Amcor Flexibles and Alcan Food Packaging, along with early career positions at Monitor Group. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a BScE in Engineering from Queen's University.
