Carsten Rou

Carsten Rou currently serves as the Head of Central North Europe and Geschäftsführer at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Carsten held multiple positions at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from October 1987 to January 2024, including Area Country Manager for Central Europe, Country Manager for the Middle East Region, VP Sales & Marketing, and Export Manager, overseeing markets in Eastern Europe, Benelux, and the Middle East. Earlier career experiences included serving as an Area Sales Manager for Scandinavia and an Application Technologist. Carsten Rou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dairy Science from Kold College, earned between 1982 and 1987.
