Kathy Humphrey

Kathy Humphrey currently serves as the Head of Communications for North America at Novonesis, a prominent biosolutions company, since January 2024. Prior to this, Kathy worked at Novozymes from February 2019 to January 2024, where roles included Head of Communications for North America and Senior Communications Business Partner for the Americas, focusing on corporate communication initiatives and stakeholder engagement to enhance brand and business outcomes. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Communications at The Cadmus Group LLC and as a Marketing Executive at PA Consulting Group. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the College of Southern Maryland.
