Lise Kaae

Lise Kaae is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations. As of March 2024, Lise serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Novonesis and is part of The Audit Committee. Lise has been the CEO of HEARTLAND A/S since August 2017, emphasizing corporate responsibility and positive societal contributions. Additional board memberships include Klarna, where Lise has been involved since November 2020 in the Audit, Compliance & Risk Committee, VKR Holding A/S since March 2020 in the Audit Committee, and previously with Chr. Hansen, holding the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee until February 2024. Lise's prior experience includes board roles at Handelsbanken and CFO of Bestseller A/S, along with a background in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Lise holds a CMA degree from Aarhus University.
