Michał Karasiewicz currently serves as the Special Projects & Integration Lead in Legal Strategy & Operations at Novonesis since May 2024. Prior to this role, Michał held various positions at Chr. Hansen from September 2016 to May 2024, including Head of Regional Legal Affairs and Head of Legal for EMEA & APAC, where responsibilities involved leading the commercial and corporate legal team across multiple regions. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Specialist in Negotiation and Legal Support at PKO Bank Polski SA, Legal and Compliance Negotiator at Credit Suisse, and Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michał began the legal career as a Paralegal at ACM - Autoriteit Consument & Markt and has an LLM in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Newcastle University.
