Mike Neu

Mike Neu serves as the Senior Director of Business Development – Cheese Insights at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mike Neu spent over three decades at Chr. Hansen, Inc., holding various senior positions including Senior Director of Business Development – Cheese Insights and Senior Vice President for Business Development in Food Cultures & Enzymes for North America. Earlier career experiences include serving as President & General Manager at Select Cheese Company and Vice President at Neu Cheese Company. Mike Neu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
