Nima Emami is a highly experienced poultry scientist currently serving as a Senior Poultry Scientist at Novonesis since January 2024, having previously held the same position at Novozymes from April 2022 to January 2024. Nima's expert background includes a role as a Senior Postdoctoral Associate in Parasitology and Host Pathogen Interaction at the University of Georgia, as well as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow focusing on Gut Integrity and Microbiome at the University of Arkansas. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Poultry Technical Advisor for SDP, which represents various companies in Iran, and as a Nutritionist at Behparvar Producing Group. Nima Emami holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Poultry Immunology and Intestinal Health from Virginia Tech, a Doctor of Philosophy in Poultry Nutrition from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and both BSc and MSc degrees in Poultry Nutrition from Isfahan University of Technology, along with a stint as a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of Arkansas.
