Shannon Allen

Shannon Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Senior Group Leader in Quality Control at Novonesis since June 2020, Shannon is also the President and Principal Consultant at Simple Compliance Solutions Ltd., which offers regulatory advice and services for drug product approvals from Health Canada. Previous roles include Treasurer for ASQ - World Headquarters and Editor/Member-at-Large for the Canadian Association of Radiopharmaceutical Scientists. Shannon’s background includes a position as Quality Assurance Manager at the Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation, focusing on GMP production of radiopharmaceuticals, and Analytical Services/Quality Control Manager at Prairie Plant Systems Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Physiology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Toxicology from the University of Saskatchewan.
