Silvia Strachan has over 27 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, primarily focused on baking technology. Currently, Silvia holds the position of Technical Service Food & Beverage Biosolutions - Baking at Novonesis since February 2024. Prior to this, Silvia spent over 23 years at Novozymes, advancing through various roles including Industry Technology Specialist for Baking, Lab Manager for both Food & Beverage and Baking, and Application Technologist for Cereal Food, all while contributing to the company in Switzerland. Silvia's career began at Novo Nordisk, where Silvia worked as an Application Technologist in Baking from January 1997 to November 2000.
