Torsten Steenholt currently serves on the Board of Directors for NIRAS, Novonesis, Bacthera, Gram Equipment A/S, and Anora Group Plc, with a wealth of experience in leadership roles spanning various sectors. As Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Operations at Novonesis since January 2024, Steenholt brings extensive operational expertise, further demonstrated during previous roles, including Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Chr. Hansen and Vice President Supply Chain at Carlsberg Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Science in Chemical Research from UCL, supplemented by advanced leadership training at IMD and the Scandinavian International Management Institute.
