Vignir Isberg

Vignir Isberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and software development within the biotech and data management fields. Currently serving as Senior Department Manager at Novonesis since January 2024, Vignir has held significant roles at Novozymes, including Senior Department Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Data Tools department and overseeing the development of bioinformatics platforms. Additionally, Vignir contributes to community governance as Board Treasurer and Board Member at Allerød Villapark and has held a Vice Chairman position on the Board of Novozymes Makerspace. An academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Health and Medical Sciences from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by a robust portfolio of research and development experience.
