Viktoria Radnoti

Viktoria Radnoti is an experienced customer service and operations professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Customer Service Assistant at Flying Tiger Copenhagen since October 2023, Viktoria has also held a pivotal role at SMS International Shore Operations since April 2017 as a Lead Check-In Agent and Supervisor, overseeing passenger disembarkation and embarkation while managing staff training and providing customer support.
