Erin Fritch

Erin Fritch serves as the Human Resources Director at NOVONIX since April 2022, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, managing a team of HR professionals, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at DLL from October 2017 to April 2022, leading a global team, optimizing recruitment processes, and focusing on diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes various HR and sales roles at organizations such as GF Management and Bear Creek Mountain Resort, along with educational credentials that include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
