Alexandre Baltar

Alexandre Baltar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and sustainable development. Currently serving as ESG Director at Novonor since November 2022, Alexandre coordinates the company's ESG agenda to achieve long-term goals. As Superintendent at Fundação Norberto Odebrecht, Alexandre focuses on sustainable territorial development, social inclusion, and education. Previous roles include Director of ESG and Chief Compliance Officer at OEC, where Alexandre led global integrity and risk management programs. Alexandre also held positions as Sustainability Director at Odebrecht Latinvest and Water Resources Specialist at The World Bank. Academic credentials include a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master's in Environmental Technology and Water Resources from Universidade de Brasília.
