Nir Lander

Nir Lander currently serves as the Strategy Director at Novonor since July 2024, while also being an Audit Committee member at Fundação Sistel and a Board member at Fundação Norberto Odebrecht. Previously, Nir held significant roles at Ocyan as VP of People & Management, overseeing corporate management areas including People, Culture, and Diversity, and as Chief Compliance Officer for both Ocyan and Odebrecht Óleo e Gás, focusing on compliance, ethics, and fraud detection. Nir's career began at Oi S.A, where multiple compliance and auditing roles were assumed. Nir's educational background includes an Executive Development Program from Columbia Business School and an MBA from Ibmec, alongside various specialized training in governance and information security.
