Cristian Letai

Cristian Letai is the Chief Design Officer at Novorésumé. Prior to this, they worked as a Student Assistant at Saxo Bank from November 2013 to March 2018. During their time at Saxo Bank, Cristian created and maintained more than 100 client platforms and coded 40+ online client login pages. Cristian also used Microsoft Sharepoint to update Saxo Bank's intranet pages for multiple teams. In addition, Cristian serviced and offered specialized support by phone or email to more than 30 institutional clients. Cristian also conducted WebEx training sessions with 20+ institutional clients, which helped finish the Saxo Tools Roll-out Project ahead of schedule. Furthermore, Cristian developed the UI of new Saxo Tools features, conducted user testing to improve existing ones, and coordinated assets hand-off to developers. Lastly, they were the Microsoft CRM superuser for a team of 13 people, providing support for various issues and reporting bugs to the development team.

Cristian Letai has a Bachelor of Science from Aalborg University, and an AP degree from Copenhagen Business Academy. Cristian also has a Romanian Baccalaureate from C.N "Emanuil Gojdu". In addition, they have certification from the University of Geneva in Understanding Financial Markets, Udacity in Business Analytics Nanodegree, UXTraining in Online UX Training, and Wharton Online in Managing Social and Human Capital and Introduction to Marketing.
