Frederik Smal

Frederik Šmál is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, UX/UI design, and product management. Currently serving as Head of Innovation at Novorésumé since June 2022, Frederik drives the development of cutting-edge solutions and leads a multidisciplinary team to enhance user experiences. As a freelance artist and designer since 2012, Frederik focuses on creating emotional connections through design while optimizing digital spaces. Previous roles include Lead Product Manager at Shopbox and SEO, UX & UI Intern at Basta digital, showcasing a strong background in agile processes, usability, and strategic vision development. Frederik holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Innovation & Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Concept Development, complemented by leadership roles in various community initiatives and event organization.
