Yang Chen serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Novos Growth Partners, providing consulting support to pharmaceutical clients in areas such as patient access and marketing strategy. Previously, Yang held the role of Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Commercial Operations at Valinor Pharma, contributing to the acquisition and turnaround of Movantik through new initiatives and operational enhancements. With a wealth of experience at Novos Growth Partners in various vice president roles spanning operations and client strategy, Yang's background also includes key positions at The Advisory Board Company and Huron Consulting Group, alongside early career experience at Deloitte & Touche. Yang holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
