Henrik Kofod-Hansen

Henrik is the managing partner of novosensus, and committed to helping leaders and teams become more effective and thrive.

As a co-founder of novosensus, he empowers leaders to build servant leadership mindsets and practices, enables teams to thrive and high perform, and help organisations evolve their culture. His clients are in Social Media, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Travel and Logistics.

Henrik worked 27 years in the global companies, where he created organizations and lead large scale transformations and strategic projects. He also held P&L responsibility globally and for several regional/country business units. His work as Growth Enabler combines practical business acumen, with the newest research and interventions.

Henrik holds a MSc of Applied Positive Psychology and advanced degrees in Organizational Psychology & Leadership, as-well as in Psychotherapy and Counseling. He is an experienced and trained Co-active® coach, and an Organizational Relationship Systems Coach®.
