Theodora Defteraiou

Theodora Defteraioou is a Learning and Development Officer at Novotel London West since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, Theodora served as a Training Manager at Double Tree By Hilton from November 2022 to August 2023, and held the position of Assistant Front of House Manager at Holiday Inn from September 2021 to November 2022. Earlier roles include Reception and Reservations Supervisor at Victory Services Club from February 2020 to September 2021, and Reception Supervisor at Hilton from April 2018 to January 2020. Theodora holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Telecommunication Education Institute of Peloponnese, completed in July 2010.
