Karen Denis

Karen Denis has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Novotel Miami Brickell since December 2017. Prior to this role, Karen worked as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort from September 2014 to December 2017 and spent over a decade as the Human Resources Manager at The National Hotel from October 2003 to August 2014. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 1998 and 2003, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Keller Graduate, completed between 2011 and 2014.
