Andrzej Kantyka

Andrzej Kantyka is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in structural engineering, currently holding the position of Project Manager for European Projects at Novum Structures UK Ltd since August 2019. Previously, from November 2014, Andrzej has been a Project Engineer at Novum Structures LLC, specializing in the structural design of architectural exposed steel structures and feasibility studies across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. Andrzej's professional background also includes a brief role as a Konstruktor at K2 Structural Engineering, and a Werkstudent position at BkI Bont Ingenieur Büro, where contributions were made to the development of finite element models. Additionally, Andrzej collaborated with NeoStrain on a EU-funded project focused on innovative roof monitoring systems. Andrzej holds a Master’s degree in Building Structures from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, complemented by studies at the Technical University of Munich in 2014.
