Russell McCloud

Russell McCloud is a Preconstruction Engineer at Novum Structures LLC since September 2013, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering and structural design. Prior to this role, Russell worked as a Civil Engineer at Applied Foundation Testing, where responsibilities included designing steel plates and beams for load testing. At the University of Florida Athletic Association, Russell served as a tutor, and previously contributed to bridge design at Lochner, focusing on various components such as bridge decks and bearing pads. Russell holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
