Jamie Emmott

Jamie Emmott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business change and coaching. Currently serving as a Member of BACP since September 2023, Jamie has held the position of Business Readiness Manager at Novuna since February 2022, following the rebranding from Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC. With a background as Managing Director at Vestra Change Limited and Associate Executive Coach at Levati, Jamie has demonstrated expertise in facilitating personal and organizational change. Previous roles include Business Change Manager at Yorkshire Building Society Group and Head of Operational Change at HML, where Jamie led significant operational improvements and managed comprehensive change initiatives. Jamie holds a Post Graduate degree in Executive and Business Coaching from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from the University of Sunderland.
