Rodney Milbourne

Rodney Milbourne serves as the Chief Executive Officer of NOVUS Glass since September 2023, focusing on windshield repair and replacement with over 50 years of experience. In addition, Rodney founded and leads Respectable Customer Service N Logistics (RCNL), a last mile delivery company, and operates Rodzilla Enterprises in conjunction with Panther Premium Logistics. Previous roles include Senior Contract Analyst at Amyx, Inc., Assistant Product Manager with the Missile Defense Agency, and Chief of Contracting for the US Army in Honduras. Rodney's military background also encompasses positions such as Military Science Instructor at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Company Commander in various units. Education includes a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, an MBA from Strayer University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University.
