Jen Detulleo, CDLP®, is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Novus Home Mortgage since October 2025. Previously, Jen held positions as a Mortgage Banker at Stockton Mortgage and Area Manager/Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at American Portfolio Mortgage Corporation. With a strong focus on building relationships with real estate agents and assessing clients' financial needs, Jen is licensed in multiple states, including Alabama, Iowa, Florida, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Texas. Prior to entering the mortgage field, Jen was an accomplished photographer and interior designer, owning JFDphotography & design and working with various design companies. Jen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Iowa State University.
