Daniela Prestes

Daniela Prestes, PHR, currently serves as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Novus, a role held since 2006, where responsibilities include talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee relations across various departments. Prior to Novus, Daniela held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Avon, focusing on marketing in Latin America and developing management training programs. Daniela's early experience includes a role at Monsanto as HR Business Partner for manufacturing, overseeing training, compensation, and IT systems. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salvador Catholic University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Salvador University.
