Evelyn Giovannini

Evelyn Giovannini has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Evelyn started their career at Transitions Optical in 2001 as an HR Manager and held this role until 2009. In 2009, they joined Avery Dennison as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for leading HR practices and objectives. Evelyn was accountable for employee-oriented and high-performance culture, as well as recruitment and development of a superior workforce. In 2016, they joined Novus International, Inc. as the Director of Global Human Resources. In this role, they were accountable for all aspects of talent management, including performance management, organizational design planning, succession management, and executive and employee learning programs. Evelyn also played a key role in talent acquisition coordination on a global basis.

Evelyn Giovannini has a technical degree in Business Administration from Fundação Bradesco, acquired from 1992 to 1995. Evelyn then pursued a Graduation degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, graduating between 2000 and 2004. Finally, they completed an MBA in People Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2004 to 2005.
