Kate Gaston

Kate Gaston currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at Takeda, supporting 315 global employees in a large biopharmaceutical company. Prior experience includes roles as Site Head of HR at Saint-Gobain Research North America, overseeing HR functions for 450 employees across multiple locations, and Human Resources Director at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where comprehensive HR support was provided to 300 employees.
