Thomas (Skip) Hampton is an experienced professional in the field of animal sciences and product research, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Research at Novus International since October 2000. Responsibilities include developing research facility plans, managing livestock nutrition trials, supervising a seven-person farm crew, and overseeing a 95-acre research farm with livestock facilities and a feed mill. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Monsanto Company from 1987 to August 2000, holding positions as Clinical Research Associate, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Research Biologist, where clinical trials and compliance audits were key focuses. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
