Pradeep Aradhya

Pradeep Aradhya is an experienced executive currently serving as the CEO of Novus Laurus since April 2009. In addition to this role, Pradeep holds various board positions, including Board Member at Konverge.AI, Lioness, and the Starbucks Women's Impact Network, as well as Board Member and Investor at Innovation Women. Pradeep also contributes to the Suffolk University Center for Entrepreneurship as a member of the Board of Advisors. An author of children's books that focus on social emotional and developmental learning, Pradeep's publications utilize high-resolution photographs of real animals for illustration. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Structural Dynamics from North Carolina State University and an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
