Shannon Rosales

Shannon Rosales has a strong background in healthcare management and nursing. SHANNON has worked as the Director of Operations at Novus LifeCare Home Health and Hospice since December 2020, and previously served as the Director of Nursing and Administrator at the same company from January 2017 to February 2022.

Before joining Novus LifeCare, Shannon worked as an Evening On Call Nurse at the Visiting Nurse Association of Kansas City from August 2016 to January 2017.

Prior to that, they held the positions of RN Case Manager/RN Clinical Coordination Manager at Aquinas Home Health from April 2013 to August 2016. SHANNON was responsible for improving patient health by executing plans of care, consulting with medical professionals, and providing education and tools for lifestyle changes.

SHANNON also worked as an RN Case Manager at Sacred Heart Home Health from March 2012 to April 2013, where they achieved similar results in improving patient health and promoting continuity of care.

Shannon's experience in nursing leadership includes serving as the Director of Nursing at Golden Living from March 2010 to March 2012. In this role, they administered the nursing program, trained staff, and implemented policies and procedures to enhance clinical practices and operations.

Shannon Rosales earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from KCKCC in 2009. Currently, Shannon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
