Richie Owen

Richie Owen has extensive experience in the construction and plumbing sectors, currently serving as a Contracts Manager at Novus Property Solutions since September 2016. Richie's role involves managing subcontractors and in-house site supervisors on significant void refurbishment contracts valued between £4-5 million annually. Prior to this, Richie held various positions within the same company, including Assistant Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Supervisor, and Site Supervisor, overseeing kitchen and bathroom programs and conducting audits on gas works. Richie's earlier experience includes serving as a Clerk of Works at Wrexham County Borough Council, where oversight of contractor work on void housing stock was key, as well as working as a Plumbing Engineer focused on maintenance and refurbishment. Richie's career began at Heatcare North West and included significant roles at PH Jones and Deva Heating and Plumbing, enhancing skills in domestic and commercial plumbing and heating. Education was pursued at Yale College in Wrexham.
