Avery Atkinson

Avery Atkinson SHRM-CP is an experienced project recruiter currently employed at Direct Source since June 2023. Previously, Avery served as a human resources intern at Northwestern Mutual from February 2022 to December 2022, where responsibilities included assisting with recruitment efforts, creating promotional materials, and organizing recruitment events. Prior experience includes working as a guest advocate at Target from September 2020 to February 2022, where team collaboration and training new employees were key areas of focus, as well as serving as a summer camp counselor at Clearwater Forest Camp and Retreat Center in June 2020. Avery also held the position of buyer at Plato's Closet from August 2018 to August 2019. Avery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completed in August 2023.
