Daelin Daubenberger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Sales Associate and Cashier at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they consistently received high ratings in customer service. In 2013, Daelin briefly worked as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at The Mustard Seed Landscaping & Garden Centers.

From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Project Manager at TSMGI, collaborating with managers and booking agents for bands performing at events like Summerfest, gaining legal rights to merchandise for numerous headlining artists. In 2016, Daelin worked as a Project Manager for RYDER CUP LIMITED, assisting with event operations and merchandise management for the Ryder Cup.

That same year, they also worked as Music and Artist Relations at Tinderbox Music, where they developed and supported new artists with radio airplay campaigns, licensing, and press. Daelin Daubenberger completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also briefly studied Business Administration and Management, General at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
