Mary Krebsbach

Mary Krebsbach has a comprehensive background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience. Mary began their career as a Project Manager at Asian Diversity, Inc. from 2002 to 2003, where they organized career expos and managed event logistics. In 2004, they joined Health Science Communications as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for managing employee files, conducting orientations, and administering benefits.

From 2004 to 2014, Mary worked at Harrison and Star, initially as a Human Resources Coordinator before progressing to roles with increasing responsibility. As a Human Resources Coordinator, they handled various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files and conducting interviews. In subsequent roles as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Lead, Mary oversaw department workflows, managed staff, and served as an HR business partner. Mary also managed HR budgets, conducted performance reviews, and provided coaching on employee relations and legal matters.

Mary then joined GSW Advertising in 2014, where they served as the Regional Human Resources Lead.
