Leasha H. Ogle, MSHR has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources and Communications. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer at NovusWay Ministries, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at the same organization from August 2023 to October 2023. Before joining NovusWay Ministries, Leasha held the position of People & Culture Coordinator at The SPARC Foundation from August 2020 to July 2023. Leasha H. started their career at The Salvation Army, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from June 2015 to April 2019.
Leasha H. Ogle, MSHR holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Carolina University, which was completed in 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Asheville in 2006.
