Rebecca Simpson

Rebecca Simpson is a seasoned professional in people and culture with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Now NZ Limited since October 2022, Rebecca previously held the position of Head of Talent Strategy at Craigmore Sustainables from February to October 2022. Earlier in the career, Rebecca gained expertise as a Trade Finance Specialist at Duferco and as an HR Business Partner at BHP Billiton, where multiple leadership roles in organisational development and HR were undertaken. Rebecca began the professional journey as an HR Consultant at Tandem HR Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
