Mark O. has extensive experience in systems management and technical support, currently serving as the LAN/UNIX Systems Manager at NOW Health Group, Inc. since April 2001. In this role, Mark O. is responsible for overseeing all servers, desktops, Active Directory, messaging, backups, and applications. Prior to this position, Mark O. held various roles at Creative Automation from July 1988 to April 2001, including Senior PC LAN & Communications Specialist and Software Development Analyst. Mark O. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry, obtained between 1985 and 1988, and completed secondary education at Colfax High School from 1981 to 1985.
