Maeve Monaghan

Maeve Monaghan serves as the Chair of Clanmil Housing Group since September 2022 and has been the Chief Executive of NOW Group, an award-winning social enterprise aiding individuals with learning difficulties and autism in securing employment, since May 2001. Previously, Maeve held significant positions including Board Chair at the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland (October 2015 - December 2021) and Vice-Chair (Voluntary) at Building Change Trust (November 2010 - September 2015), contributing to the development of Northern Ireland's voluntary sector. Additional roles included Director (Voluntary) at CO3 (December 2010 - December 2014) and Board Member at the Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment (June 2001 - August 2011). Early career experience consisted of positions with the Down's Syndrome Association and Triangle Housing. Maeve’s educational background includes multiple degrees from Ulster University, culminating in a Master of Science in Executive Leadership.
