Natalie De Laurell has been with Now IT Matters since September 2016, currently serving as Client Manager, where responsibility includes the capture and maintenance of the sales pipeline and management of the new client intake and onboarding process. Prior roles at the same company include Engagement Consultant, focusing on coordinating project teams and ensuring service delivery, as well as Sales Consultant and Sales Assistant, contributing to the sales pipeline and supporting administrative functions for the Sales Team. Prior to Now IT Matters, Natalie worked as Field Crew Leader at Plow Creek Farm from April 2013 to October 2016.
