Kaydi Garzon

Kaydi Garzon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Kaydi started their career as a Sales Manager at Now Optics in April 2013 and quickly progressed to various management roles including General Manager, Area Manager, Optical System Administrator, Director of Training and Development, and Director of Organizational Development. In 2019, they became the Director of Store Operations, Systems, and Infrastructure and eventually worked their way up to Senior Director of Operations and Senior Director of Growth Initiatives. Before joining Now Optics, Kaydi worked as a Management Trainee and Store Trainer at City Furniture Careers from August 2012 to April 2013. Kaydi also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Alpha II, LLC from February 2010 to July 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a File Clerk at Gulick Construction from August 2004 to July 2008. Overall, Kaydi has a strong background in operations, training, development, and management.
