Clare Woodward

Clare Woodward currently serves as the Head of Insights for now-u, a voluntary position initiated in September 2023, focused on understanding user and partner needs, shaping research strategies, and developing the insights team. Since June 2019, Clare has been working as an Insight Manager at BT, where responsibilities include managing B2B and B2C market insights and leading a team of offshore analysts. Clare also held a voluntary role as Head of Market Research at Ignite Hubs from August 2023 to February 2024, focusing on research strategy and measuring impact. Previous experience includes serving as Customer Research Manager and Market Research Executive at The AA, where Clare managed customer insight initiatives and satisfaction studies, and as a Customer Service Administrator at Macmillan Distribution. Clare holds a degree from the University of Bath, completed in 2011.
